Supervision at UnEarthed is available at the individual, dyad, and group levels for those pursuing full licensure as a therapist.

Graduate school interns have the opportunity to support UnEarthed in various events and tasks, gaining valuable experience and insight into the ever-evolving field of mental health and wellness.

Intern and Associate Supervision

    • Copy of Current Resume/Curriculum Vitae

    • Copy of Transcript

    • Copy of Score from National Counselor Exam (NCE)

    • Copy of Liability Insurance

    • Signed BHEC Supervisory Agreement Form

    • Signed UnEarthed Supervision Contract

    • Licensing Paperwork to Send to the Texas State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors

    • Masters degree in counseling through an accredited university along with the completion of all LPC Board required practicum and classes.

    • Satisfactory completion of the NCE and jurisprudence exam.

    • An application for LPC Licensure, documentation of practicum, and Supervisory Agreement Form sent to the Texas State Board of Examiners.
