Come Home to Your Self
UnEarth is a one-day experiential workshop designed to help you reconnect with your body and access the deep wisdom it holds. Through movement, somatic education, and embodied practices, you’ll explore how stress and trauma live in the body—and how to begin gently shifting long-held patterns toward greater integration, resilience, and connection.
Led by a trauma-informed somatic therapist and yoga teacher, this workshop offers a supportive, grounded space to slow down, listen inward, and reestablish trust in your body’s innate intelligence.
Why UnEarth
Our bodies carry our stories—through muscle tension, posture, breath, and sensation. Over time, layers of stress, trauma, and unprocessed experience can shape how we feel, move, and relate to ourselves and others.
UnEarth offers a pathway to reconnect with that deeper current beneath the surface—to soften protective patterns, expand capacity for presence, and return to yourself with greater awareness and choice.
Purpose & Flow of the Day
This day is intentionally designed to weave learning, movement, reflection, and integration—balancing somatic education with embodied experience. You’ll leave with practical tools and insights you can continue to use beyond the workshop.
Morning: Understanding & Grounding
Explore how your nervous system responds to safety, stress, and connection through a grounded introduction to Polyvagal Theory.
Learn and practice titration and pendulation, tools that help you engage with sensations and emotions in manageable, supportive ways.
Ground through gentle movement, orienting practices, and guided breathwork to arrive fully in your body.
Midday: Embodiment & Integration
Deepen awareness of your felt sense—your body’s natural way of knowing and communicating.
Engage in somatic and movement practices that support regulation, awareness, and inner steadiness.
Reflect through journaling or creative expression to anchor new insights and body-based awareness.
Afternoon: Application & Connection
Explore how to integrate these practices into daily life—from personal relationships to work and self-care.
Practice gentle, restorative movement to support assimilation and relaxation.
Close the day with a guided reflection and grounding practice to seal your experience and foster connection with self and others.
This Workshop Is For You If You Are...
Navigating trauma, chronic stress, or emotional/physical pain
A therapist, coach, or practitioner seeking somatic tools to integrate into your work
Curious about the mind-body connection and embodied healing
Feeling stuck or disconnected and ready to shift long-held patterns
What You’ll Take Away:
A clearer understanding of your body’s stress and regulation patterns
Somatic tools for grounding, presence, and emotional regulation
Practices to help you build trust and connection with your body
A renewed sense of inner steadiness, agency, and possibility
What to Bring
Comfortable clothing that allows ease of movement
A yoga mat and a few blankets to create your personal space (extras available)

An Invitation to Return to Yourself
Whether you’re beginning your healing journey or deepening your inner work, UnEarth invites you to arrive just as you are and move at your own pace. Women's Trauma Healing Retreat
Laura Quintanar from UnEarthed Wellness Studio will be joining TherapyWell’s local retreat to guide trauma-conscious somatic yoga and energy healing practices, designed to nourish your body and soul during your healing journey. We warmly welcome you to be part of this intimate, women-centered retreat, created to support those looking to heal from relationship and childhood trauma.
Cassie Carrasco, LPC, LCDC, from TherapyWell, will guide you through Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a non-invasive treatment that uses eye movements to clear away negative symptoms, sensations, and images—allowing you to move forward without needing to verbalize every detail of a distressing experience. ART can offer relief for some, often in just one session, by helping to reduce emotional triggers and distress. While ART complements traditional therapy, it’s not meant to replace it.
Surrounded by a small, supportive circle of women, you’ll engage in both group and individual experiences guided by expert trauma therapists. This thoughtfully designed space invites you to reconnect with yourself and discover inner peace. Along with focused healing sessions, plenty of time for rest and reflection will support your process.
Throughout the weekend, you’ll be supported in easing the weight of past wounds, opening the door to renewed hope and resilience. We’d be honored to have you with us on this transformative experience.

Summer Yoga Series
Yoga, chakras, and psychology—what a combo! I’m delighted to introduce a community version of our Yoga and Psychotherapy program this summer. If you didn’t already know, UnEarthed is wildly passionate about integrative wellness, as there’s no single path to healing, personal growth, and simply feeling good.
This summer, we invite you to join us on a journey of self-discovery. Each week, we will explore a different chakra—those incredible energy centers that influence our physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Through a combination of movement practices, mindful breathing, engaging stories, and informative insights, we will connect with our entire being, fostering a deeper understanding of ourselves and our place in the world.
This series is designed to support you in cultivating a fresh and loving relationship with your mind and body! Each class focuses on exploring various movement styles that align with our weekly themes, while also providing a warm, inviting space for reflection, sharing, and connecting with others on similar journeys.
Together, we will nurture a supportive community that extends far beyond the confines of the yoga mat, embracing our journey as a collective experience. Join us in this enriching exploration that embodies mindfulness, connection, and growth.
This experience is donation-based and invites individuals aged 16 and up.
