A Journey Back To Connection

Embodied Dance:
Tuesday at 6p

Slow Flow + Restore Yoga:
Wednesday at 5:30p

Welcome to UnEarthed Yoga and Dance.

These offerings are more than classes you drop into now and then. At UnEarthed, we see movement as a practice of awareness, compassion, and connection that carries into everyday life. It shapes how we breathe, how we respond to stress, and how we relate to ourselves and others.

Through yoga, expressive movement, and somatic awareness, these practices invite you to reconnect with your body and move with greater presence. Over time, movement becomes less about something you “do” and more about something you live — supporting steadiness, resilience, and a deeper sense of connection.

We hold deep respect for the traditions that inform these practices. Yoga, with roots in India and carried forward by generations of teachers, reminds us that movement can be a pathway toward union — within ourselves and with the world around us. Dance, across cultures and throughout history, has also been a way humans express, release, and reconnect with life’s rhythms. Together, these practices invite us to move with greater presence, curiosity, and connection.

Ways to Move with Us

Slow Flow + Restore Yoga

Wednesdays at 5:30 PM

A gentle midweek practice to unwind the day and reconnect with yourself.

A midweek practice curated to support slowing down and unwinding. This offering blends mindful movement, breath awareness, and restorative postures. You’re invited to move at your own pace, adjust or pause whenever needed, and take what feels supportive for you in the moment.

Come as you are — this is a place to soften, settle, and reconnect.

ReClaim: Dance with Sara

Tuesdays at 6:00 PM

A space to move freely, express, and reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm.

Reclaim your rhythm. Your body. Your Self.

This movement-based offering guided by Sara Kercho invites dance as a space for creative expression, release, and reconnection with the body. Through music, improvisational movement, guided imagery, and somatic awareness, participants are supported in exploring how their lived experiences shape the way they move.

No dance experience is needed. All bodies and abilities are welcome.

Hello and welcome. I’m Laura Wright—a trauma-informed Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and psychotherapist offering somatic, polyvagal-informed yoga in Keller, Texas. I specialize in nervous-system–based yoga, yoga for trauma recovery, and supportive practices for adults, teens, and children.

My background encompasses a 200-hour foundational yoga training and a 300-hour certification with Practice Yoga Austin. Additionally, I am certified in the Trauma Conscious Yoga Method, Therapeutic Yoga for Trauma Recovery using Polyvagal Theory, Yin and Restorative Yoga, and Children’s + Teen Yoga, allowing me to support a diverse range of ages and nervous system needs.

I offer private yoga sessions (virtual or in-person) in 45, 60, and 90-minute formats, as well as community yoga classes for those seeking a grounding, accessible, all-levels experience. If you’re currently in therapy at UnEarthed, you’re also welcome to integrate somatic and yoga-based approaches into your clinical work to deepen your healing and embodiment journey.

My intention is to honor the roots of yoga while making the practice inclusive, accessible, and trauma-aware. I aim to create a warm and welcoming space where people of all backgrounds, abilities, and identities feel seen, supported, and celebrated.

I’d love to have you join me for a restorative, feel-good yoga sess - a place to breathe, move, regulate, and reconnect with yourself.
