Thrizer can be helpful for those that wish to use Out of Network benefits. This resource will verify your coverage and allow you to only pay your co-insurance for our sessions after you meet your deductible. This means that you can save on our sessions upfront instead of paying my full rate and waiting for your insurance reimbursement. PPO plans typically have OON benefits, HMO plans usually do not offer this.
*insurances may not provide coverage for all services that UnEarthed offers. Consult with your provider for verification.

Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. At UnEarthed, we cultivate a supportive space where you can move with therapy at your own pace. Whether you want to dive deep or take it slow, the path is yours to choose. Every therapy experience is unique, shaped by individual goals, challenges, and life experiences. We regularly check in to ensure the process feels right for you. You have full agency in your journey, and therapy continues only as long as it serves your well-being.

Sessions are shaped around you—your story, your body, your nervous system, and what feels present that day. Some sessions involve conversation and reflection. Others may include slowing down, noticing the body, or working gently with sensation, breath, or emotion.
You might notice sessions include:
space to talk and reflect
attention to the nervous system and regulation
gentle, body-based awareness
room for grief, emotion, or meaning-making
Everything is invitational. We go slowly. There’s no pushing or performing here.

Somatic therapy moves beyond a traditional talk-only approach by including the body as an essential part of healing. Together, we gently tune into sensations, patterns, and nervous system responses—those places where stress, emotion, and experience often live beneath words.
Sessions may include breath work, mindful awareness, gentle movement, or simply noticing what’s present in the body. These practices help release held tension, support regulation, and create space for emotions to move and integrate. Somatic therapy can be especially supportive for people navigating trauma, anxiety, chronic stress, or pain, offering a way to heal that honors the whole self—mind, body, and lived experience.

Nature-based therapy draws on our innate relationship with the natural world to support regulation and healing. While sessions may take place outdoors at times, nature-based work can also happen indoors through sensory awareness, natural rhythms, imagery, and connection to elements like light, plants, seasons, and the body’s own cycles. This approach can be especially supportive during stress, grief, or transition, offering a grounded, steady way to reconnect with yourself and your surroundings.

Trauma-conscious yoga is a body-based, nervous-system-informed practice that closely aligns with somatic therapy. It emphasizes safety, choice, and internal awareness rather than performance or stretching goals. Through gentle movement, breath, and mindful attention, trauma-conscious yoga supports regulation, embodiment, and reconnection with the body—making it a natural complement to therapeutic and somatic healing work, especially for those navigating trauma, anxiety, or chronic stress.

TRE® (Trauma Release Exercises) is a simple approach to releasing tension and stress from the body. This practice involves completing a series of seven exercises that specifically target the psoas muscles, which help trigger a natural shaking or “tremoring” throughout the entire body. By doing so, it enables individuals to release both acute and chronic stress while fostering a sense of balance, relaxation, and relief from tension. TRE® is accessible to everyone and is beneficial not only for managing everyday stressors but also for unearthing deeply rooted trauma.

At UnEarthed Wellness Studio, our anti-oppressive therapy practice is grounded in an awareness of the deep-rooted structural and systemic inequalities that shape our lives. We recognize how power and oppression play out across social groups—some holding privilege and power, while others face marginalization. This perspective nurtures compassion and helps us understand how each person's experiences are influenced by the larger systemic forces at work.
By acknowledging where individuals fall on this spectrum, we gain a richer, more nuanced appreciation of their unique journeys. Our approach fosters a relational dynamic based on equality, aiming to dismantle traditional power hierarchies often found in therapeutic settings. This creates a safe environment where all voices are honored, enabling authentic connection and healing.
Our goal is to cultivate a practice that respects and honors each individual’s experience, fostering growth and transformation in a supportive, equitable space.
Your therapist at UnEarthed Wellness Studio will:
Acknowledge and respect your cultural, religious, and spiritual practices and identity
Honor the language you use to express yourself
Respect your identity, pronouns, and chosen name
Support you in recognizing and challenging internalized racism, sexism, and other oppressive beliefs, if you choose
Commit to lifelong learning and self-reflection to better support your healing journey
Together, we create a space where your story matters, and your growth is nurtured with kindness and respect.

Sensorimotor Psychotherapy is a trauma-informed, somatic approach that works with the body, nervous system, emotions, and thoughts together. By paying attention to movement, posture, and sensation, this therapy helps address trauma, attachment patterns, and relational stress that may not fully resolve through talk therapy alone.
Many people experience improved regulation, reduced anxiety and trauma symptoms, clearer boundaries, and a stronger sense of connection to self and others. The work is paced with care, balancing safety with gentle challenge, and can be adapted to support individual needs and capacities.
