Yoga

A Journey Back To Connection

At UnEarthed, yoga isn’t just a class you drop into now and then—it’s a way of being. We see yoga as a daily practice of awareness, compassion, and connection that reaches far beyond the mat. It touches how you breathe, how you respond to stress, and how you relate to yourself and others.

By weaving somatic therapy with the principles of yoga, we help you bring this practice into everyday life. Over time, yoga shifts from something you “do” into something you “live”—supporting balance, resilience, and growth in the moments that matter most.

Our offerings—private sessions, small groups, and community practices—are designed as touchpoints along your journey. They provide guidance and support, but the true heart of yoga is how it continues to unfold within you, day by day.

At UnEarthed, we are committed to growth, healing, and reparation. We honor yoga’s deep roots in India and hold gratitude for the teachers and wisdom keepers who have carried this tradition forward across generations.

Community Yoga

Donation-Based • All Levels Welcome

UnEarthed’s donation-based community yoga is a gentle place to land.

These one-hour practices help you reconnect with your breath, build foundational skills, and deepen a practice that feels rooted, compassionate, and truly your own. We also offer a playful, developmentally supportive class for littles.

Our gatherings move at an unhurried, workshop-style pace—with space to explore, notice, and respond to your body’s cues. Each class weaves Orienting, Breathwork, Mindfulness Meditation, Vagus Nerve Stimulation, Gentle Warming, Intentional Movement, and Rest. Yin sessions invite deeper settling through the tissues for full-body nourishment.

My background includes a 200-hour foundational training and ongoing work toward a 300-hour certification with Practice Yoga Austin. I’m additionally certified in the Trauma Conscious Yoga Method, Therapeutic Yoga for Trauma Recovery using Polyvagal Theory, and Children’s and Teen Yoga, allowing me to support a wide range of ages and nervous system needs.
