Come Home to Your Self

UnEarth is a one-day experiential workshop designed to help you reconnect with your body and access the deep wisdom it holds. Through movement, somatic education, and embodied practices, you’ll explore how stress and trauma live in the body—and how to begin gently shifting long-held patterns toward greater integration, resilience, and connection.

Led by a trauma-informed somatic therapist and yoga teacher, this workshop offers a supportive, grounded space to slow down, listen inward, and reestablish trust in your body’s innate intelligence.

Why UnEarth

Our bodies carry our stories—through muscle tension, posture, breath, and sensation. Over time, layers of stress, trauma, and unprocessed experience can shape how we feel, move, and relate to ourselves and others.

UnEarth offers a pathway to reconnect with that deeper current beneath the surface—to soften protective patterns, expand capacity for presence, and return to yourself with greater awareness and choice.

Purpose & Flow of the Day

This day is intentionally designed to weave learning, movement, reflection, and integration—balancing somatic education with embodied experience. You’ll leave with practical tools and insights you can continue to use beyond the workshop.

Morning: Understanding & Grounding

  • Explore how your nervous system responds to safety, stress, and connection through a grounded introduction to Polyvagal Theory.

  • Learn and practice titration and pendulation, tools that help you engage with sensations and emotions in manageable, supportive ways.

  • Ground through gentle movement, orienting practices, and guided breathwork to arrive fully in your body.

Midday: Embodiment & Integration

  • Deepen awareness of your felt sense—your body’s natural way of knowing and communicating.

  • Engage in somatic and movement practices that support regulation, awareness, and inner steadiness.

  • Reflect through journaling or creative expression to anchor new insights and body-based awareness.

Afternoon: Application & Connection

  • Explore how to integrate these practices into daily life—from personal relationships to work and self-care.

  • Practice gentle, restorative movement to support assimilation and relaxation.

  • Close the day with a guided reflection and grounding practice to seal your experience and foster connection with self and others.
