Reclaim your rhythm, your body, your Self!

This unique, donation-based offering led by Sara Kercho invites dance as a powerful form of somatic healing, creative expression, and emotional release. This offering blends mindful movement with embodied awareness, offering space to reconnect with your body, release stored tension, and explore how lived experiences shape the way you move through the world.

Through dynamic dance, improvisation, guided imagery, and somatic awareness, participants are gently guided to listen inward, move authentically, and reconnect with their natural rhythm. This practice supports nervous-system regulation, emotional processing, and a deeper sense of presence and self-trust.

No dance experience is needed. All bodies, abilities, and levels are welcome. Wear clothing that allows you to move comfortably, and bring water along with a yoga mat or towel for grounding and rest. We have plenty of extras to share, as well!

This is a give what feels good, donation-based class, offered in alignment with UnEarthed’s commitment to accessibility and community care. Come move, release, and reconnect—exactly as you are.

Registration is required. You may secure your spot here:  consent form
