A Journey Back To Connection

UnEarthed Yoga

Slow Flow + Restore Yoga: Wednesday at 5:30p

Welcome to UnEarthed Yoga. This isn’t just a class you drop into now and then; it’s a way of being. We see yoga as a daily practice of awareness, compassion, and connection that reaches far beyond the mat. It touches how you breathe, how you respond to stress, and how you relate to yourself and others.

By weaving somatic therapy with the principles of yoga, we help you bring this practice into everyday life. Over time, yoga shifts from something you “do” into something you “live,” supporting balance, resilience, and growth.

We are committed to growth, healing, and reparation. UnEarthed honors yoga’s deep roots in India and holds gratitude for the teachers and wisdom keepers who have carried this tradition forward across generations.

Community Yoga

Donation-Based
All Levels Welcome

UnEarthed’s monthly donation-based community yoga is a gentle place to land.

These one-hour practices help you reconnect with your breath, build foundational skills, and deepen a practice that feels rooted, compassionate, and truly your own. We also offer a playful, developmentally supportive class for littles.

Our gatherings move at an unhurried, workshop-style pace—with space to explore, notice, and respond to your body’s cues. Each class weaves Orienting, Breathwork, Mindfulness Meditation, Vagus Nerve Stimulation, Gentle Warming, Intentional Movement, and Rest. Yin sessions invite deeper settling through the tissues for full-body nourishment.

One on One Yoga

Somatic
Trauma-Informed
Personalized

One-on-one yoga offers a deeply tailored experience for those wanting more presence, guidance, or support. Through a somatic and trauma-informed lens, these sessions help you reconnect with your body’s wisdom, explore safe movement patterns, restore balance to the nervous system, and cultivate a practice that meets your life exactly where it is.

Each session blends grounding, breathwork, somatic awareness, movement exploration, and restorative rest—crafted around your goals, history, and capacity for the day.

Group Yoga

Families, Schools, Agencies

Group yoga creates a shared space for connection and ease. These sessions are designed for families, friends, classrooms, and community groups who want to move, breathe, and learn together in a supportive environment.

Whether grounding, playful, or restorative, each practice includes simple guiding principles - orientation, breath, mindful movement, and rest; woven to support regulation, connection, and a sense of togetherness.

Hello and welcome. I’m Laura Wright—a trauma-informed Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and psychotherapist offering somatic, polyvagal-informed yoga in Keller, Texas. I specialize in nervous-system–based yoga, yoga for trauma recovery, and supportive practices for adults, teens, and children.

My background encompasses a 200-hour foundational yoga training and a 300-hour certification with Practice Yoga Austin. Additionally, I am certified in the Trauma Conscious Yoga Method, Therapeutic Yoga for Trauma Recovery using Polyvagal Theory, Yin and Restorative Yoga, and Children’s + Teen Yoga, allowing me to support a diverse range of ages and nervous system needs.

I offer private yoga sessions (virtual or in-person) in 45, 60, and 90-minute formats, as well as community yoga classes for those seeking a grounding, accessible, all-levels experience. If you’re currently in therapy at UnEarthed, you’re also welcome to integrate somatic and yoga-based approaches into your clinical work to deepen your healing and embodiment journey.

My intention is to honor the roots of yoga while making the practice inclusive, accessible, and trauma-aware. I aim to create a warm and welcoming space where people of all backgrounds, abilities, and identities feel seen, supported, and celebrated.

I’d love to have you join me for a restorative, feel-good yoga sess - a place to breathe, move, regulate, and reconnect with yourself.
