Sessions can take place in various settings — in our office, virtually, on a yoga mat, or amidst the beautiful outdoor spaces around our community — tailored to the clinician you choose. While traditional talk therapy can be incredibly helpful for many, some individuals may find it leaves them feeling stuck over time.
By integrating somatic awareness, attachment theory, experiential therapies, and elements of the natural world into therapy, we offer a fresh, compassionate perspective. No pathologizing, no judgment, no shame. Our approach creates space for you to explore and uncover core wounds that may be hidden in the shadows, paving the way for deeper healing and self-discovery.

A person-centered, bottom-up approach recognizes you as the expert in your own life and experience. The role of the UnEarthed team is to offer support, guidance, reflection, and to walk alongside you on your wellness journey. This approach aims to facilitate learning, growth, and healing while honoring the complexity and beauty of the human experience.

Organic: We honor the innate wisdom living within every being. Our role isn’t to “fix” or “heal” you but to gently support your authentic path of growth and healing, which always springs from within.
