Our donation-based, accessible offering is thoughtfully designed to help you cultivate a deeper connection with your yoga practice and yourself. This cozy workshop-style practice invites you to slow down and explore various postures and movements to find what feels right for your body.
- Somatic, Healing-Centered: Experience a practice that honors your unique journey and promotes choice and self-exploration.
- Fundamental, Foundational: Elevate your at-home or studio practice by creating a solid foundation.
- Functional Support for Your Body’s Natural Movements: Attune to what your body truly desires, encouraging authenticity in your practice.
- Balance and Regulation: Practice ways to honor your nervous system and cultivate an internal sense of safety.
- Trust and Titration: Develop a compassionate understanding and relationship with your mind and body.
This is NOT a Studio practice. Community Yoga is an outdoor practice.* We meet in the backyard space of UnEarthed. Dress comfy and weather appropriate.
Bring any comfort items you’d like, a yoga mat, a towel, or a blanket, water, and yourself! Don't have a mat or left your gear at home? No worries, just borrow one of our mats or blankets. Come as you are and take what you need.
If you would like to donate, you can do so via Venmo, Zelle, or Cash. You can donate now or at the event—just find the "Donation Station" and scan the code! (not required for attendance). GIVE WHAT FEELS GOOD! Yoga is for everyone, regardless of socioeconomic situation.
