Psychotherapist, Mindfulness Practitioner, Meaning Oriented

I believe that each person has the innate capacity to heal, grow, and create meaning in their lives. My role as a therapist is not to lead, but to walk alongside you as a fellow traveler—honored to share in part of your journey.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in existential theory, and I draw from Jungian depth psychology, symbolism, dream work, and meaning-making. While this is my theoretical foundation, I trust that you are the ultimate expert regarding your own life and healing process. Together, we will explore your experience at a pace that feels right for you.

In addition to my existential and depth-oriented background, I completed clinical training at a PHP/IOP program where I worked with individuals navigating trauma, addictions, and mood disorders in individual and group counseling settings. There, I gained experience applying solution-focused, DBT, and CBT approaches—skills I continue to integrate when structure, coping strategies, or behavioral shifts are needed.

I also lead clients in mindfulness-based practices, using breathwork, grounding, and present-moment awareness to help them both root themselves when life feels overwhelming and to explore the deeper layers of their inner world. These practices often serve as bridges—connecting the practical skills of stability with the existential work of meaning-making.

I have experience working with adults who have faced acute trauma, as well as those navigating grief, loss, and major life transitions. While I welcome clients of all adult ages, I hold a particular interest in supporting older adults as they reflect on their lives and seek renewed purpose.

My style is laid back, warm, and understanding. I won’t push you faster than you’re ready to go, but I will invite you into deeper reflection through thoughtful questions, gentle challenges, and empathic connection. In this process, many clients discover new ways to see themselves, reshape their beliefs, and find meaning in the challenges they face.

At the heart of my work is the belief that everyone is worthy and capable of discovering and living a good life. Therapy has the ability to be a space in which one may re-enchant their world, live more fully, and reconnect with their values and individual purpose.
