Slow Flow + Restore is a gentle, evening practice designed to help you soften, unwind, and settle into your body.
Through slow, intentional movement and restorative shapes, you’ll be guided into a more spacious, grounded experience of yourself - moving at a pace that allows for awareness, choice, and ease.
It’s an invitation to listen inward, to notice what your body is asking for, and to respond in a way that feels supportive.
